For owner-led web agencies

Your next client
shouldn’t get lost
in the busywork.

I’m Zach. I build practical systems that bring inquiries, follow-up, and call preparation together—so you can focus on the conversation.

Your tools. Your decisions. A clearer process.

The work between the work

Good work gets messy
when the handoffs don’t.

Running a small agency means switching between delivery, sales, and everything in between. The repetitive parts deserve a more considered process.

01

One inquiry. Several places to check.

The form has the request. The inbox has the conversation. A spreadsheet has part of the story. A useful workflow gives you a clear place to look next.

02

The same questions, typed again.

Budget, timing, scope, and who’s making the decision. Capture what’s known, surface what’s missing, and prepare a reply you can make your own.

03

Client work fills the day.

Internal reminders and a visible next action can help you notice the follow-up that still needs your attention.

Useful preparation

Submitted details become a summary, open questions, and an editable response.

A human decision

Approval is tied to the exact response. A change calls for another review.

Understandable recovery

A failed draft stays visible. The inquiry is preserved and retry is explicit.

A focused place to begin

One useful workflow.
Built properly.

Start with the inquiry-to-call process. We’ll look at what you already use, agree on the gap, and define a small implementation around it.

The starting engagement

Inquiry-to-Call Pilot

  • One inquiry source and lead pipeline
  • Summary and missing-detail checks
  • Editable response drafts
  • Owner review and approval
  • Internal next-action reminders
  • A practical call-brief template
  • Testing and a manual fallback
  • Training and clear documentation

Scope, price, tools, and timing are agreed before work begins. Any ongoing care is discussed separately around the system’s actual needs.

A considered process

Understand first.
Then make it work.

The technology is only useful when it fits the people using it. You’ll know what’s being built, what needs your decision, and how to run it afterward.

01

Understand the work.

Walk through a real inquiry, the tools involved, and the points that need attention.

02

Agree on the useful bit.

Define one clear outcome, the scope, the cost, and how we’ll check it works.

03

Build. Test. Refine.

Test the normal path, approvals, duplicates, and the moments something fails.

04

Make it yours.

Get a walkthrough, a short operating guide, and a clear handover.

The person behind the work

I like learning how people work.
And why.

I’m Zach—a website builder who enjoys scripting, automation, and helping people feel comfortable with their systems. I’m developing this focused service around a simple idea: understand the work, improve one useful step, and make it easy to use.

A little more about my approach
A few fair questions

Before we talk.

Clear expectations make a better starting point.

Do I need to change my tools?

We’ll inspect your existing form, inbox, and lead-tracking process first. If the tools you already own can solve the problem, that’s where we start. Any proposed software or access changes are discussed before you commit.

Will this automatically send messages for me?

The starting workflow prepares response drafts for owner review. Live sending behavior is separately scoped and approved. The demonstration uses simulated delivery and cannot send real email.

Is the example a client project?

It’s a working demonstration with fictional people and businesses. It shows the workflow and its limitations. It is not a customer case study, and no customer results are being claimed.

What does a pilot cost?

We’ll first confirm the problem, the tools, and the supported scope. You’ll receive a defined price and deliverables before work begins. You can decide whether the proposed improvement makes sense for your business.

What happens after the handover?

The handover includes training, an operating guide, and an agreed support period. If the system needs ongoing monitoring or changes, we can discuss a separately scoped care arrangement. There’s no automatic enrollment.

A conversation is a good place to start.

Let’s make the next step easier.

Tell me where the work gets repetitive. We’ll start by understanding the process and whether there’s a useful improvement to make.
